The Alchemy Approach
01 Stabilize the body We start with physiology. We’ll review your symptoms, labs (if you have them), cycle history, stress patterns, sleep, and nutrition. Specifically, we may look at your food daily patterns, blood sugar stability, sleep, support and relationships, and nervous system overload. From here, we build a clear, manageable plan, not a total life overhaul. When our bodies stabilize, our anxiety can be softened. Energy becomes more predictable and decisions feel less reactive.
02 Restore energy Once you’re feeling more supported, we focus on rebuilding capacity. This includes meal structure to support hormones, emotional regulation tools, sleep and rhythm adjustments, and of course accountability to implement the changes. The goal is never restriction; it’s steadier energy, clearer moods, and less volatility throughout your day.
03 Integrate identity Motherhood can change your priorities, ambitions, relationships, and how you see yourself. We make space for the pressure to “do it right” or “do it all at once”, the parts of you that feel stronger now, and any tension between career, partnership, and parenting. This is not abstract self-exploration it’s actually structured reflection that instills clarity and self-trust.

I'm a certified health and wellness coach specializing in hormonal health and the transition into motherhood. Alchemy is coaching, not therapy and not medical advice, though it works well alongside both.
My work grew from my own transition to motherhood.
After two babies in three years, my body changed, my hormones fluctuated wildly, and the high-achieving woman I’d been seemed to disappear overnight. My identity felt fractured in ways I never anticipated.
Quickly, I learned that mindset alone wasn’t enough and my body needed intentional rebuilding and restorative attention. And I’m still learning.
Motherhood has a way of undoing certainty. It continues refining me, asking for more honesty, humility, and steadiness.
Through integrative nutrition, nervous system repair, and deep self inquiry, I began to understand how inseparable biology and identity truly are.
I didn’t “get my old self back.” I’ve become a woman I love even more!
For most of human history, women did not navigate these transitions alone. They lived it in proximity to other women—watching, asking, absorbing, and being held.
Much of this has waned in modern life.
Alchemy is my attempt to restore a small piece of that communion. A place where knowledge, experience, science and story all meet and where we learn from one another as much as we guide.
